Residential Lots for Sale

For sale – approximately 1 acre lots are for sale from the Village of Lodgepole

  • Electricity, water, sewer and sanitation services are available. Natural gas is not currently available.
  • R1 Residential zoning ordinances apply to this location. Ordinances are located at Planning & Zoning Regulations.
  • Development of purchased lot is required within two years of purchase date.

If you are interested in purchasing you must submit a letter of offer to purchase for cash as the Village does not accept payment plans. The offer letter must be accompanied by an agreement to comply with all Planning and Zoning regulations. All offers must go through the legal process required by Nebraska state statute for the Village to sell Village owned property. Once that is completed, the sale goes to the Village Attorney for review and to the Village Board for approval.
