Utility Payments
Utility payments are due on or before the 10th of each month. Payments received after the 10th day of the month will receive a 10% late fee. Bills not paid by the 15th of the month are considered delinquent.
Utility payments can be mailed to PO Box 266 Lodgepole NE, 69149. Residents can make payments online with FrontDesk or at the Village office. If making payments after business hours please use the dropbox located at the Village office at 814 Sheldon Street.

Residential Service:
Residential Base Rate: Subject to application of Retail Production Cost Adjustment (PCA) Rate Schedule.
Customer Charge: $24.25 per month
Energy Charge:
Summer Winter
9.78¢ 7.85¢ per kilowatt-hour for the first 750 kilowatt-hours used per month
9.78¢ 7.43¢ per kilowatt-hour for all additional usage
Summer:
The summer rate shall apply to the Customer’s prorated use from June 1 through September 30.
Winter:
The winter rate shall apply to the Customer’s prorated use from October 1 through May 31.
General Service (Rate Codes 27 & 52):
General Service Base Rate: Subject to application of Retail Production Cost Adjustment (PCA) Rate Schedule.
Customer Charge: Single Phase $31.00 per month
Three-Phase $46.00 per month
Energy Charge:

The summer rate shall apply to the Customer’s prorated use from June 1 through September 30.
Winter:
The winter rate shall apply to the Customer’s prorated use from October 1 through May 31.
Due dates vary based on holidays and weekends, they will be around the 10th of the month but can vary by a few days.
Residential deposit is $225.00 but will be reduced to $125.00 if you set up for automatic bank draft. General service and other commercial deposits are determined on each individual account. These deposits are based on expected load and past consumption at the property or business of similar size and type.

Trash is picked up every Thursday. If the Thursday falls on a Holiday trash will be picked up on the Wednesday before.
