The Lodgepole Lions Club is the town’s service organization dedicated to helping with community activities and needs, and assisting individuals with eyesight problems.’

The Lions Club meets the second Monday of each month at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, located at 1011 McCall Street in Lodgepole.  The meetings start at 6:30 PM with a meal and business meeting.

The Lions Club supports the Lodgepole community in several ways each year.

Examples of support include awarding college scholarships to Creek Valley graduating seniors, being a major contributor to the annual Old Settlers Celebration, serving the Old Settlers barbeque lunch, organizing and sponsoring the annual Easter Egg hunt, donating to the 4th of July fireworks fund, donate to the Creek Valley high school senior post-prom party, donate money to the Lodgepole fire department, and maintaining the horseshoe court in the Lodgepole north park.

The Lions Club holds two annual fundraisers.  They host a pancake dinner in March and sell community birthday calendars starting in the early fall of each year.

For more information regarding the Lions Club, please contact the membership chairman at 505-290-0915
